Joe is licensed by the New York State Insurance Department as a Property & Casualty Broker. His diverse background includes in-depth sales and account management experience in the retail wine and spirits sector, as well as the sporting goods industry.

A former NFL player with the New York Jets, Joe is an avid sports fan, and has served as a coach and coordinator both at the collegiate and high school levels in football. He holds a Bachelor Degree from the University of New Haven, CT. Joe is also a former player for the Connecticut Coyotes of the Arena Football League.

An active supporter of a number of community activities, Joe serves on the Board of Trustees of the Boys and Girls Club of Kingston, NY as well as the City of Kingston Zoning Board. He is also the former President of the Twaalfskill Golf Club in Kingston, NY.
